The Stellhaus program runs on your own computer and sends nothing to us.
Licence terms
Stellhaus is not open source: you get a right of use. Without a licence you may use it in the simulation and, on a real layout, in read-only mode. A trial key gives you every feature for 60 days. A licence you buy (Basic, Standard, Plus or Club) is personal, not transferable, and valid for its major version (for example 1.x) without an end date; Club is for one club or exhibition. You may not share Stellhaus or licence keys, or circumvent the licence check.
Stellhaus is provided as is, without any warranty. It controls real model trains: you use it at your own risk and remain responsible for what happens on your layout. August is liable only for intent or gross negligence, and at most for the price of your licence; your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. A licence key is delivered immediately; at checkout you agree to that, which ends the right of withdrawal. If your licence does not work, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
